Hello and good day lovely people and friends. I hope you are all doing well. All set for a rocking Friday evening? I am. In fact I am so excited, I have already made by wishlist for tonight, tomorrow, and Sunday. I have had some really long weeks, and I do not wish to let this weekend go by without entertaining myself. My motivation to work next week is going to be directly proportional to the amount of fun I have this weekend.

Okay, that’s enough “me” talk. Let’s get doing some “you” talk. So what does tonight look like for you?Are you going to opt for the new age entertainer that’s got everyone interested off late, a night of stand-up comedy? Or are you going to swing by the more traditional entertainer, films? What does your weekend getaway look like?

Is it going to be a 3 hour long rib tickling laughter riot probably hosted by Raju Srivastav, Vir Das, Abish Mathew, Bharti Singh, Tanmay Bhatt, Gursimran Khamba, the unbeatable Johnny Lever, or someone else of their likes? Or, are you swinging the traditional ‘let’s watch yet another 3-hour long film’ way – a night of Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar, Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah, Farhan Akhtar, Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, or Anushka Sharma?

While you think about your wishlist for this weekend, here’s another thing for you to think about. Did you know that running your startup is just like planning your weekend? Would you want to continue doing mundane and monotonous things forever, or are you going to try something different and improvise?

Doing new things, or even traditional things with an added flavor and zing may work for your young company. Now, you are aware that a start-up has to struggle to prove its worth as opposed to the established ones that can breathe easy without the need to prove anything. It is a rat race, but it can be made meaningful.

You can add a certain newness to your organization by maybe trying new hiring techniques, or new marketing tactics that do not make a hole in your wallet, or creating new cultural pinpoints in the way your workforce goes about. This is what your start-up must indulge in. Think about it.

And while you’re thinking about it, here’s yet another thing. I cannot do much to help your with your marketing or building your company’s culture. But what I can do is, send you a gift. Click here to open my personalized gift for you and be amazed.
